Ir Dr Shakor Badaruddin (Certified Trainer by HDC, TTT by HRDF)
He is a Certified Halal Trainer from HDC, the founder and CEO of Elcorp Technology Sdn. Bhd. His current focus is in Halal Capacity Building via training, consultancy, and advisory for local Malaysian, and international clients. He is also qualified trainer Certificate no: EMP/1480 qualified by HRDF.
He has worked in the United Sates as Engineer at Indiana Department of Transportation and has a Professional Engineer’s License (MASCE), USA. He is also a professional Engineer in Malaysia (MIEM). He is an Accredited Road Safety Auditor by Public Works Department Malaysia. With his engineering background, he has developed a course in Sharia Compliant Contracting, focusing on safety, green technology, energy savings, and environmentally safe materials in line with the halalan Toyibban principles.
Assoc. Prof. Dzulkifly Hashim (Foremost Halal Expert, Halal Technical Committee Jakim, UPM Lecturer)
He is a certified trainer for the Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC) for courses on Halal Awareness Program and Halal Professional Program. He is the developer for Diploma Program for Halal Industry Management, and Diploma in Halal Food Safety Program. He lectures on Food Processing & Preservation, Food Engineering, Halal and Haram in Food Processing, Food Process & Plant Design, Physical Properties of Food, Advanced Food Analysis and Philosophy of Halal Science. He is a widely known speaker in Halal Science who has participated in various halal-related conferences, seminars and forums. On July 1, 2013, he was appointed as a Member of the Fatwa Committee of the National Council for Islamic Religious Affairs Malaysia. In addition, he was the project leader for the development of standards related to the Halal Pharmaceuticals capsules kosher, halal emulsifiers and gelatin.
Norhaizam Md Sani (Master Trainer Halal Assurance System, and Halal Standards)
Norhaizam Md Sani has the background of food technology, and is the former Head of Training & Consultancy department of Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC) for 5 years. She was the leader in a team to establish the training & consultancy function in HDC, which include development of module, curriculum, halal audit and training operation. Successfully managed & execute consultancy initative through various engaging & coaching programs. Experience in conducting pre audit on halal certification for 5 star hotel kitchen, food manufacturer & Logistic services. She

Dr. Nurulhidayah Ahmad Fadzillah (PhD Halal Food Analysis HPRI UPM)
Nurrulhidayah has a PhD from Halal Product Research Institute, University Putra Malaysia. She is a certified trainer for the Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC) for courses on Halal Awareness Program and Halal Professional Program.
Currently she works at INHART UIAM in doing research and development of halal products to support industry. She was formerly Research Officer at the Centre of Research for Fiqh Science and Technology.
